New Roof
We had a great experience with Feazel Roofing from Start to finish they were professional, experienced, timely and knowledgeable. Our project supervisor, Jerry, was extremely nice and answer our questions throughout the entire process. We started off with another contractor but due to the type of claim (changed from Storm Damage to Vandalism) we had to change midstream to ensure our peace of mind. Feazel made the process effortless. The new roof and new gutter system looks amazing and updated the appearance of our 20-year-old house. it looks great. I would recommend having them review your needs and letting them take care of any and all the red tape with your insurance company. Peace of mind is a great thing when dealing with an expense like this. Thanks, Feazel Roofing! BTW Charcoal shingles and black gutters look great together and keep a clean appearance against old red brick.

Stone Creek Roof
One of the reasons I went with Feazel Roofing was 5 years ago they were in my neighborhood replacing roofs that the builder used recalled shingles on that were causing leaks. Feazel inspected my roof & said I had different shingles & didn’t need a new roof when they could’ve said I needed a new roof just to make money. In August of 2024 I Had my roof inspected by Jeremy Goldizen. Found some missing,hail damaged shingles & damage to my skylights. He coordinated with insurance agent & they agreed with needed roof replacement. Robert Robinson & his crew were out a few weeks later to replace my shingles & skylights. His crew did an excellent job. Put up netting to protect my landscaping & tarps to catch the old shingles, nails & tar paper. Crew was here by 7:15 am & by 7:30 pm they had the old roof off , new roof & 2 skylights installed & all the old material picked up and in the dumpster. Other than a great looking roof you couldn’t tell they were there. I changed style and color of my shingles and I’ve gotten lots of compliments about how they look. I would definitely have Feazel replace/ repair my roof if I ever need it. Again, a big Thank you to Feazel Roofing, Jeremy & Robert for a seamless process of getting my roof replaced!!
Fantastic job
We had a complete tear off and re-roof due to wind and hail damage. Jeremy Goldizen (neighbor and friend) is a field supervisor for Feazel. He helped us 100% through the insurance and claim procedure to make sure everything would be taken care of. Once the claim was processed and activated, things moved along quickly. From scheduling to start of work, the Feazel team was efficient and professional. Robert Robertson was our project manager and he prepped us with a complete explanation on what to expect and covered all of the incidentals. His crew was prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They worked hard and long under the guidance of Robert and Jose their foreman. The Feazel team was neat and the roofs turned out beautiful. They protected all of the landscape and surrounding area and made sure not to leave a trace of their presence. We received many compliments on the roof. We would highly recommend Feazel.
Flawless Service From Start to Finish
I had a tree fall on my home. There was damage to the gutter, roof and siding. Feazel came highly recommended by my arborist. He put me in contact with Mike Cox and I have been treated awesomely! Mike explained everything in great detail, stayed in contact with me while I worked with my insurance on items they did not want to cover. After all was said and done, I was ready to get started with the work. The day before my install, I got a call from Robert Robertson with the run down on what to expect. He also sent a text which was helpful because I extremely nervous about my installation. He and the crew showed up early and got started. Throughout the install Robert kept me informed. I needed several new wood panels and he full broke down what would happen, the cost and how things would work on the backend. When all was complete, he walked me around my property to show me all repairs. The crews clean up was immaculate! Everything was put back where it was and they took care not to disturb my garden. I look forward to working with Feazel in the near future.
Super Impressed
Excellent result, love the roof, but along the way, I experienced admirable communication with Chris, my salesman and Dustin, project manager. They listened and respected what I had to say. The roof is beautiful and such a showpiece when people come in the driveway. The workers came early, stayed late, were respectful of my need to come and go. They even blew the leaves out of my garage! I couldn’t believe the dumpster was gone before I woke up the day after they were done. Top notch service. Walking throughthe process with defiant insurance
Tim Cain, and Kyle, walked us through to frustrating process of an insurance that wouldn't pay for a storm damaged roof. The insurance agent only wanted to patch, even though we had two layers of shingles, which Ohio code says you can only have one layer. Even though we told our agent that there were two layers, our agent kept asking for new evidence and more documentation, which we met every request. The he had the nerve to say we had never told about the two layers. All told, the insurance agent wasted two months of our time. Through all this Tim and Kyle stayed with us and gave us recommendations to proceed. With their help we were able to win the fight and our roof will be replaced. Thank you Tim & Kyle. You all were great and I highly recommend you to others.
Outstanding
We had a new roof installed and the experience was great. We have dealt with many contractors over the years and Feazel (and especially our sales person and primary contact, Ruben) exceeded all expectations. Ruben explained the process in detail, helped with communications to our insurance company, updated us regularly and was always available to answer questions or concerns. He went the extra mile to make certain that our newly-installed Trex deck and our trees were protected. He was on-site while the work was completed. Ruben is knowledgeable, respectful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. We also met managers Dustin and Cody; they came by before the work commenced, stopped by during the tear off and installation, and then after the roof was installed to ensure it was up to their standards. The crew was timely, respectful and hard-working. They did an amazing job cleaning up each day. Unfortunately, we live in a world where profits are more important than quality of work. Feazel is different; they are the complete opposite. Feazel makes certain that nothing but the highest standards are met in the installation. We cannot be more pleased and highly recommend Feazel Roofing.
