This was the first big home project I've completed, and my first time filing a claim with my homeowner's insurance. I had no idea where to start. The sales rep, Tim Jarrett, walked me through everything and was very patient with me. They got us scheduled within two weeks and the roof was done in one day. The crew was amazing and made sure everything was cleaned up. Someone even came out the next day to walk around and make sure all the debris was picked up and to complete a final check.
