I recently had my roof replaced and my insurance company was only willing to pay for a small portion of the cost. John Pollard, from Feazel worked for almost 3 months with my insurance company and they finally, after seeing all of the proof that John provided, agreed to pay for my new roof. John was great to work with from the very beginning. He came out and went up on the roof with the inspectors the insurance agent sent out. He kept me updated along the way with emails and text messages. He was always available to answer any questions I had.
