Chris Smith came to estimate cost and review materials. He was also a great help during the entire process of installation and answering any questions. The crew that replaced the roofing were well trained and skilled. professionals as well as efficient and neat. The craftsman who installed the cutters was also very proficient and efficient. Excellent roof replacement
Feazel sent out Shane Iles to inspect my roof because of a leak. Shane did a complete inspection and the price was very competitive. Brady was the project manager on the job and he answered all my calls, questions and text. The crew were efficient and completed the job in 1 day. The roof looks great and the crew cleaned up great. Not a speck of debris was left in the yard! Great service from everyone at Feaszel from start to finish! I highly recommend!

This was the first big home project I've completed, and my first time filing a claim with my homeowner's insurance. I had no idea where to start. The sales rep, Tim Jarrett, walked me through everything and was very patient with me. They got us scheduled within two weeks and the roof was done in one day. The crew was amazing and made sure everything was cleaned up. Someone even came out the next day to walk around and make sure all the debris was picked up and to complete a final check. I highly recommend Feazel to anyone needing any roof work done!

I appreciate Ben's professionalism from start to finish of the project. There was not a single time that he didn't answer the phone or didn't return a text right away. Neil, the project foreman, was here throughout the roof replacement, and was very knowledgeable and professional about the concerns I had about the flow of the project. Overall, I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and Feazel by far has been a quality experience. I highly recommend them.

He took the time to explain every step and followed through with the whole matter, going above and beyond, dealing in-between the insurance company and myself. I received a new beautiful roof that looks wonderful. I'm so happy I decided to go with this company.

New roof
We have had alot of projects done over the past 2 years. We saved the roof for last just because it's so involved. I set up an appointment with Dallas, my sales rep. He was very informative and worked directly with my insurance company. Everything was covered. The crew was amazing, Jesse was the foreman and kept me in the loop every step. Ken, I believe was the project manager was awesome. Any questions I had was answered and at anytime. I have 6 dogs just to throw into the mix. They worked with me on getting them out of the house and back in. My neighbors are very impressed and a couple of them are going to use them. Best customer service, best product and overall best experience. THANK YOU FEAZEL!!!
Feazel’s honest assessment of my roof
My Westlake subdivision was hit hard with a storm and hail. Immediately roofing contractors flooded the neighborhood and roofs getting replaced. I didn’t think I had a problem but Bryce Fink (field supervisor) came out and took a look. MY ROOF WAS FINE! It would have been too easy to say my roof was damaged but Bryce only found a couple barely questionable shingles but said my roof should last another 5 years. When it comes time for a new roof I know who we’ll call!
