Awesome Experience
Although apprehensive about a complete tear-off and roof install, we were thoroughly satisfied with the entire process. From salesman to crew chief to project manager to project inspector; Austin, Noel, Neal, and Joe did a great job. Very detailed, thorough, considerate, and sensitive to our concerns. From start to finish (including clean-up) a job well done. Also must mention that the trade crew was very proficient. Finally, we were pleased with Feazel ‘s overall business practices.
Roof off, roof on - one day
Amazing! Feazel sent a crew of 11 men to take my roof off and replaced it in 12 hours. Their work was very impressive. Also worked with Andrew Davis who spear headed efforts to submit and follow-up with my insurance carrier on replacing the roof on wind and hail damage. Others had tried in the past, but Andrew was persistent and accomplished what others couldn’t. My experience with Feazel has been outstanding.

Superb all around
Ben Betz did the sales and inspection of my roof. He is very professional and always prompt with return calls and stuck to scheduled appointments. He answered all my questions and made the process of dealing with the insurance company a breeze. Ben also was patient as I decided on the shingle selection and even took the time to go on the roof with the different selections so I could see what they would look like on the roof. Didn’t take long for a scheduled date for roof installation. The roofing Crew showed up promptly and got right to work. They moved items and covered ground and bushes with tarps. Very friendly and courteous. When I returned home from work the roof looked amazing and the yard was rid of debris and items placed back. Lonnie the project manager came out after and did a double check. Very satisfied with this entire process using Feazel and their crew. Would highly recommend.

Feazel was outstanding and I would recommend to all my friends and family for roofing and gutter needs. After severe hail damage we are very impressed with the quality of our new roof and gutters. Bryce Duncan was our sales manager and he was one of the most responsive and easy to work with professionals I have worked with in a long time.
They did an excellent job
They did an excellent job. One day installation and cleaned all debri and cheched all around the perimeter for nails with a magnet. After the job was completed a quality control person came back and rechecked the area.

I'm a realtor here in Hamilton county, and Feazel replaced the roof on my home. They did a quick 1 day job, including clean up. Bryce worked with my insurance adjustor and it went very smoothly. Since then, if a client has a roofing issue on an inspection, I give Bryce a call and he has been very responsive in checking out the roof, giving me his professional opinion and a quote if needed. Great service.
