Full roof replacement
I just recently had a full roof replacement and after getting several estimates I settled on Feazel, and I am glad I did! They gave me a more than fair price, they arrived bright and early on the day of the job. They set right to work and did a complete tear off and replacement in one day. They were just as efficient in their cleanup as they were in tearing the roof off. I would like to thank Joshua Killen and his crew for the fine work they did and yes I would recommend Feazel for you roofing needs, and yes the new roof looks great!
The Best Roofing Company in the Land
I called several roofing companies here in the central Ohio area and ended up selecting Feazel to do the roof replacement on our home. For you folks that don't know it, the central Ohio area has been hit by TWO major hail storms in the past year and I would highly recommend all in central Ohio to call Feazel and have them check your roof and there is no charge for this whatsoever. My experience with Feazel started with Nick Junker, Sales Manager, coming to the house and he checked the roof for me. He saw many damaged shingles and marked the spots on the roof. My insurance company sent their own inspector out to verify what Nick had found and there was complete agreement that we needed a new roof. Because of the weather, we were delayed a month or so but it was so worth the wait because the roofing crew showed up a 7:15 AM and by the end of the day I had a new roof. i CONTACT FEAZEL ROOFING THRU JUSTIN KOEING AS WE SAW A LEAK ON THE PATIO UNDER THE ROOF. HE HAD RICH HOFFMAN, THEIR PROJECT SUPERVISIOR STOP OUT THE NEXT DAY. RICH FOUND THE LEAK COMING FROM AROUND THE BEDROOM WINDOWS ANS SHOWED US PICTURES ON HIS IPAD. HE CAULKED THE AREAS BELIEVED TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM LEAK. WHEN FEAZEL REPLACED MY ENTIRE ROOF LAST YEAR I SELECTED THE GOLD PACKAGE WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR RICH HOOFMAN COMING OUT AND FOR FIXING THE APPARNT CAUSE. HE TOLD US IF THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM ANYTIME AGAIN, JUST CALL FEAZEL AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE IT. ONCE AGAIN FEAZEL KEPT THEIR PROMISE AND THEIR WORD. BOB STUDIER
Excellent call back service
Feazel did an insurance claim reroof in November 2022. Everything about that experience was first rate. Didn’t have any really warm days after that for the seal down tabs to adhere firmly. Last Friday we had a rainstorm with 40-50 mph winds. On Sunday I found a torn off shingle on the ground. I texted our sales rep Jake. He responded within 30 minutes and told me he would request a service call on Monday. On Monday, Josh, our area supervisor came to our home, saw the problem, returned early Tuesday morning and fixed the problem himself. Couldn’t be more pleased with the company, the quality of their work, and the professionalism of their people.

During this weekends storm we experienced water leaking from the bay window overhang. We contacted Feazel (they installed our roof) to check it out. Turns out our window caulking dried and cracked over the years - this was the issue, not the roof. Rich and Dave offered to fix the problem for free - great customer service by them - 10 out of 10 stars for Feazel!
Excellent Service
Every staff member at Feazel was excellent from start to finish. Great customer service. John Pollard was our sales rep, Eric our project manager. Both went above an beyond to make sure the project was completed to fullest satisfaction. We were impressed at how the crew took care in covering surfaces and landscaping. Good clean up job. The office staff answered all questions and made it easy to work with the insurance company. They did all the work. Very smooth process. Great working with Feazel.

Nothing Short of Excellence
My experience with Feazel for obtaining a new roof was nothing short of excellent, specifically with the help of Erich Moore. He was with us every single step of the way, and when I say every step, I mean it. From being so quick and responsive, to taking the time to go through things we didn’t understand with our insurance, answering ANY questions I had, and working with our budget, to really pushing to make things happen for my husband and I’s roof. I truly felt like we were in the best of hands throughout this entire experience. Before meeting with Erich, we had gone through what seemed like a nightmare of trying to find someone reliable to fix our roof as soon as possible. From the minute Erich showed up, I knew he was our life safer based off of his positive attitude and swiftness of getting things in order/started that very same day. He is the reason we have a beautiful new roof; because of all the hard work he put in for us. I am extremely happy with our service and would give Erich Moore a 10/10 recommendation. He was amazing.
