We had an excellent experience with Feazel Roofing in Columbus. Our sales manager was Nick Junker and he was outstanding. He is knowledgeable, friendly and was very responsive to our calls/texts. We wanted to get on the schedule quickly and Nick was able to facilitate that for us. Josh Killen was our project manager and was very communicative about the process and was able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend Feazel.

Fantastic Service
Our roof was installed yesterday and the process from start to finish was smooth. The staff was professional and immediately responded to our questions. The crew that installed the roof did a fantastic job cleaning up. The Field Supervisor walked us through the process so there were no surprises. The roof looks great and we have received numerous compliments on it. I would recommend Feazel Roofing. Fantastic Job!

Awesome from start to finish!
Brian O worked extra hard with the insurance company to get us a new roof! His communication was excellent from start to finish. We were on hold because of winter but as soon as it was warm enough they scheduled our home for the new roof. The crew was hard working and attentive to details. Our senior dog had to get outside a few times and they made sure there was a safe path for us to get out. The project manager Mason texted the progress throughout the day and kept us informed of everything that was going on. Feazel is top notch and we would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof, thank you for a smooth and seamless process!!

I'm writing to give Brayden Carter a 5 star review ( 10 star if that's an option!) From the start to finish he followed up thoroughly and made sure everything went smoothly. Our insurance wouldn't initially approve the project, but Brayden went above and beyond and got it approved. I highly recommend Brayden and Feazel.

Two years after Feasel had installed our new roof, I noticed something worrisome. I contacted them, and asked specifically for Brayden Carter because he is known in these parts of Columbus. Not only did he show up and follow through with a suggested.’fix’, but he also closed the loop with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
