I recently had my roof replaced and my insurance company was only willing to pay for a small portion of the cost. John Pollard, from Feazel worked for almost 3 months with my insurance company and they finally, after seeing all of the proof that John provided, agreed to pay for my new roof. John was great to work with from the very beginning. He came out and went up on the roof with the inspectors the insurance agent sent out. He kept me updated along the way with emails and text messages. He was always available to answer any questions I had. Excellent roof replacement
Feazel sent out Shane Iles to inspect my roof because of a leak. Shane did a complete inspection and the price was very competitive. Brady was the project manager on the job and he answered all my calls, questions and text. The crew were efficient and completed the job in 1 day. The roof looks great and the crew cleaned up great. Not a speck of debris was left in the yard! Great service from everyone at Feaszel from start to finish! I highly recommend!

This was the first big home project I've completed, and my first time filing a claim with my homeowner's insurance. I had no idea where to start. The sales rep, Tim Jarrett, walked me through everything and was very patient with me. They got us scheduled within two weeks and the roof was done in one day. The crew was amazing and made sure everything was cleaned up. Someone even came out the next day to walk around and make sure all the debris was picked up and to complete a final check. I highly recommend Feazel to anyone needing any roof work done!

I appreciate Ben's professionalism from start to finish of the project. There was not a single time that he didn't answer the phone or didn't return a text right away. Neil, the project foreman, was here throughout the roof replacement, and was very knowledgeable and professional about the concerns I had about the flow of the project. Overall, I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and Feazel by far has been a quality experience. I highly recommend them.
